Application:
Prepare the nails: remove old polish, care for the cuticles, and smooth the surface.
Apply a thin layer of Neon Rubber Base to clean, dry nails.
Cure the layer under a UV or LED lamp according to the manufacturer's instructions.
For a more intense effect or additional reinforcement, a second layer can be applied.
Complete the manicure with a top coat for extra shine and durability.
