Tutti Frutti Base is a camouflage base with colored flakes for covering and smoothing nails.


The LUNA-Base is a high-quality professional colored nail base. It has an optimal consistency, making it easy to apply to the nail. It levels the nail surface and is highly resistant to chipping and other damage, which ensures long-lasting wear. Unlike a transparent base, the colored base can serve as the main color and be applied directly under the top coat.

Properties:

  • Not suitable for leveling long nails without prior reinforcement.

  • Provides high opacity for the natural nail thanks to high pigmentation.

  • Hypoallergenic and has a neutral odor.

  • Drying time under the lamp – 120 seconds.

  • Can be additionally warmed to make the consistency more fluid.

  • Minimal shrinkage may occur during wear due to the elasticity of the base.

  • Requires a rubber base as a foundation.

  • Has a pH value of 5-6.

  • The lamp power for drying should be 36-48 W. It is essential that the lamp is original.

  • Easily removed by both filing and soaking off with liquid.

  • Offers 3-4 weeks of wear without peeling.

  • Elastic and flexible.

  • Important rule for leveling: The thickness at the nail tip should be 0.5 mm.

  • Thixotropic: Becomes more fluid when moving the brush during work.

  • Does not run and levels itself very quickly.

  • Has a medium consistency.

Application:

  1. Remove.

  2. Do not file the nail shape or leave 2 mm in length, which will be removed after leveling.

  3. File the nail with a 180/240 grit file without heavy pressure to lift the nail scales, or use a 100 grit buffer.

  4. Perform a manicure.

  5. If using removers, wash hands thoroughly with soap after use.

  6. Degrease the nail with nail prep. Perform two passes. Use 4 wipes for this (1 wipe for 5 fingers). First pass: Wipe the nail surface. Second pass: Take an orange wood stick, place the wipe on it, and clean the entire area around the cuticle and in the grooves.

  7. Use primer as desired, but if the foundation base is sufficiently acidic, it is not necessary.

  8. Apply the LUNAmoon rubber base, preferably with a flat gel brush. Use massaging movements. Trace all nail grooves and cure for 60 seconds under the lamp.

  9. Remove the tacky layer.

  10. Level with the LUNAmoon Tutti Frutti. Cure for 90 seconds under the lamp.

  11. After leveling, file the shape. This is necessary to create thickness at the nail tip to support the free edge.

  12. Remove the tacky layer.

  13. Cover with top coat. Cure for 120 seconds under the lamp. Do not wipe with anything after drying, as the shine could be lost.
