Lunamoon Refill Strong Base 60ml

Refill STRONG BASE 60 ml is a solid base that is similar in its properties to a gel.

Properties:

• Strengthens the nails and makes them firm.

• Levels out very quickly.

• Has a medium-thin consistency. This allows leveling to be done in a few seconds.

• Has a pH value of 5–6.

• Is hypoallergenic.

• Can cause a feeling of heat and burning on damaged nails (not on healthy nails).

• Can be removed excellently both by filing and with liquid.

• Has a beautiful shine. If the sticky layer is removed, it does not need to be covered with a top coat.

• The main rule for leveling: the thickness at the edge of the nail should be 0.5 mm.

• The power of the lamp for curing the base should be 36–48 W. The lamp must be original.

Application method:

1. Removal:
   Do not file the nail shape, or leave 2 mm of length that will be removed after leveling.
   File the nail from the top with a file (180-240 grit) without applying strong pressure to raise the scales of the nail plate, or use a buffer (100 grit).

2. Manicure:
   If you are working with removers, wash your hands with soap after application.
   Degrease the nail with Nail Prep. Apply twice. Use 4 wipes for this (1 wipe for 5 fingers).
   First step: Wipe the nail surface.
   Second step: Take an orange wood stick, place a wipe on it, and wipe the cuticle area and the nail folds.

3. Primer:
   The primer is optional. If the base for the underlay has sufficient acidity, it is not necessary.

4. Underlay (Rubber Base):
   Apply the LUNAmoon Rubber Base with a flat gel brush. The movements should be rubbing. Trace all nail folds and cure under the lamp for 60 seconds.
   Remove the stickiness.

5. Leveling:
   Apply the LUNAmoon Strong Base to level and cure under the lamp for 90 seconds.
   File the shape after leveling. This is necessary to create a thickness at the edge of the nail that supports the free edge.
   If the nail was thin, it may warp, so you must definitely file 1 mm of natural nail from the inside. This prevents the material from lifting. If the material is hard and the nail is very soft, the natural nail can detach from the hard material at the free edge.

6. After filing:
   After you have filed the shape, remove the stickiness and cover the nail with a thin layer of gel polish or a covering base.
   Cover with a top coat and cure under the lamp for 120 seconds. Do not wipe after curing, as the shine might be lost.
