Lunamoon PREMIUM BUILDER GEL No. 6 (15-50ml)

Classic Premium Extension Gel – a polymeric light-curing material that, due to its strength, allows for a significant extension of the nail plate. It contains photoinitiators that activate the polymerization process using UV light at a specific wavelength.

Properties:

• Acid-free.

• Shock-absorbing, does not break upon impact.

• Medium consistency.

• Medium pigmentation, covers the free edge.

• Suitable for the “extension without filing” technique.

• Suitable for “extension on upper forms”.

• Does not cause a burning sensation in the lamp.

• Becomes thicker in cold conditions and thinner in heat.

• Thixotropic – becomes more fluid when the brush moves.

• Can be additionally warmed to make the gel more fluid.

• Hard at a thickness of 1 mm. At a thickness of less than 1 mm, it may bend slightly, but this does not affect durability.

• No shrinkage and maintains the arch well.

• Requires a base coat of Rubber Base.

• Polymerization wavelength – 380-420 nm.

• UV/LED lamp power – 36-48W.

• Maximum layer thickness – 0.5 mm at the tip/1 mm at the apex.

• Complete polymerization – 120 seconds.

Application method:

REINFORCEMENT:

1. Remove old material.

2. Do not file the nail shape, or leave 2 mm of length to be removed after leveling.

3. File with 180-240 grit without strong pressure from the top to lift the nail plate, or use 100 grit.

4. Perform a manicure.

5. If removers are used, wash hands with soap after finishing.

6. Degrease the nail with Nail Prep. Perform two passes. Use 4 wipes (1 wipe per 5 fingers). First pass: Wipe the nail surface. Second pass: Use an orange wood stick, place a wipe over it, and wipe the cuticle and lateral areas.

7. Use primer if desired; if the base coat is sufficiently acidic, it is not required.

8. Apply LUNAmoon Rubber Base, preferably with a flat gel brush. Use massaging motions. Cover all nail edges and cure for 60 seconds in the lamp.

9. Wipe off the sticky layer.

10. Leveling. When leveling with gel, keep a distance of 0.5–1 mm from the cuticle. Cure for 60 seconds in the lamp.

11. File the shape after leveling. This is necessary to create thickness at the free edge so that it holds.

12. If the nail is thin, it may deform. Therefore, 1 mm of the natural nail must be filed away from the inside. This prevents the material from lifting. If the material is hard and the nail is very soft, the nail will separate from the hard material at the free edge.

13. After filing, wipe off the sticky layer and cover with gel polish.

14. Apply topcoat. Cure for 120 seconds in the lamp. Do not wipe after curing to avoid losing the shine.

CLASSIC EXTENSION:

1. Remove old material.

2. Trim nail length to 1 mm and shape into a round form.

3. File with 180-240 grit without strong pressure from the top to lift the nail plate, or use 100 grit.

4. Perform a manicure.

5. If removers are used, wash hands with soap after finishing.

6. Degrease the nail with Nail Prep. Perform two passes. Use 4 wipes (1 wipe per 5 fingers). First pass: Wipe the nail surface. Second pass: Use an orange wood stick, place a wipe over it, and wipe the cuticle and lateral areas.

10. Attach the form for extending the free edge.

11. Create the shape of the artificial nail with clear gel. Cure for 30 seconds in the lamp.

12. File the free edge and adjust the desired shape.

13. Wipe off the sticky layer and remove excess dust.

14. Apply LUNAmoon Rubber Base again to the treated areas. Cure for 30 seconds in the lamp.

15. Level with gel, cure in the lamp, and set for the first 10–15 seconds. If the gel is very sticky or contains glitter, set for the first 20 seconds.

16. Cure for 120 seconds in the lamp.

17. Wipe off the sticky layer before covering with gel polish.

18. Apply topcoat. Cure for 120 seconds in the lamp. Do not wipe after curing to avoid losing the shine.

Shelf life of the product: 24 months. Once opened, do not store for longer than 18 months.
