Lunamoon PREMIUM BUILDER GEL No. 13 (15-50ml)

Classic Premium Extension Gel – a polymeric light-curing material that, due to its strength, allows for a significant extension of the nail plate. It contains photoinitiators that activate the polymerization process via UV light of a specific wavelength.

Properties:

• Acid-free.

• Shock-absorbing, does not break upon impact.

• Medium consistency.

• Medium pigmentation, covers the free edge.

• Suitable for the "extension without filing" technique.

• Suitable for "extension using upper forms".

• Does not cause a burning sensation in the lamp.

• Becomes thicker in cold temperatures and thinner in warmth.

• Thixotropic – becomes more fluid when the brush is moved.

• Can be additionally warmed to make the gel more fluid.

• Hard at a thickness of 1 mm. At a thickness of less than 1 mm, it may bend slightly, which does not affect its durability.

• No shrinkage and maintains the arch well.

• Requires a base coat of Rubber Base.

• Polymerization wavelength – 380-420 nm.

• UV/LED lamp power – 36-48W.

• Maximum layer thickness – 0.5 mm at the tip/1 mm at the apex.

• Full polymerization – 120 seconds.

Application method:

REINFORCEMENT:

1. Remove.

2. Do not file the nail shape, or leave 2 mm of length to be removed after leveling.

3. File with 180-240 grit without applying strong pressure to the nail from above to lift the nail plate, or use 100 grit.

4. Perform a manicure.

5. If using removers, wash hands with soap after working with them.

6. Degrease the nail with Nail Prep. Perform two passes. Use 4 wipes (1 wipe for 5 fingers). First pass: Wipe the nail surface. Second pass: Take an orange wood stick, wrap a wipe around it, and clean the cuticle and side areas.

7. Use primer as desired; if the base used for the undercoat is sufficiently acidic, it is not required.

8. Apply LUNAmoon Rubber Base, preferably with a flat gel brush. The movements should be massaging. Outline all nail edges and cure for 60 seconds under the lamp.

9. Wipe off the tacky layer.

10. Leveling. When leveling with gel, maintain a distance of 0.5–1 mm from the cuticle. Cure for 60 seconds under the lamp.

11. File the shape after leveling. This is necessary to create thickness at the free edge so that it holds.

12. If the nail is thin, it may deform. Therefore, 1 mm of the natural nail must be filed out from underneath. This prevents material detachment. If the material is hard and the nail is very soft, the nail will separate from the solid material at the free edge.

13. After filing, wipe off the tacky layer and cover with gel polish.

14. Apply a topcoat. Cure for 120 seconds under the lamp. Do not wipe after curing to avoid losing the shine.

CLASSIC EXTENSION:

1. Remove.

2. Shorten nail length to 1 mm and shape into a round form.

3. File with 180-240 grit without applying strong pressure to the nail from above to lift the nail plate, or use 100 grit.

4. Perform a manicure.

11. Create the shape of the artificial nail using clear gel. Cure for 30 seconds under the lamp.

12. File the free edge and adjust to the desired shape.

13. Wipe off the tacky layer and remove excess dust.

14. Reapply LUNAmoon Rubber Base to the treated areas. Cure for 30 seconds under the lamp.

15. Level with gel, cure under the lamp, and set for the first 10–15 seconds. If the gel is very sticky or contains glitter, set for the first 20 seconds.

16. Cure for 120 seconds under the lamp.

17. Wipe off the tacky layer before covering with gel polish.

18. Apply a topcoat. Cure for 120 seconds under the lamp. Do not wipe after curing to avoid losing the shine.

Product shelf life: 24 months. Once opened, do not store for longer than 18 months.
