Lunamoon Light Acrygel No. 39 13ml

LIQUID GEL LIGHT ACRYGEL – an innovative material for strengthening, leveling, and extending nails. It is a symbiosis of polygel and base. It consists of 60-80% acrylic copolymer (the main component of polygel) and a small amount of hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA, approx. 20-30%), the main component of base coatings. Such a gel can completely replace the base.

Properties:

• Polymerization wavelength – 365–405 nm.

• UV/LED lamp power – 36–48 W.

• Permissible layer thickness – 0.5 mm at the nail edge, 1 mm at the apex.

• Acid-free, medium consistency.

• Medium pigmentation, covers the free edge.

• Complete polymerization – 120 seconds.

• Suitable only for strengthening and extending nails.

• Good cushioning properties.

• When strengthening with this gel, the natural nail must be filed.

• Requires a Rubber Base underlay.

• Can be additionally heated to achieve a more liquid consistency.

Method of application:

STRENGTHENING:

1. Removal:
   Do not file the nail shape, or leave 2 mm of length to be removed after leveling.
   File the nail from the top with a file (180-240 grit) without strong pressure to lift the scales of the nail plate, or use a buffer (100 grit).

2. Manicure:
   If you work with removers, wash your hands with soap after use.
   Degrease the nail with Nail Prep. Perform two applications. Use 4 wipes for this (1 wipe for 5 fingers).
   First step: Wipe the nail surface.
   Second step: Take an orange wood stick, wrap a wipe around it, and wipe the cuticle zone and the nail folds.

3. Primer (optional):
   If desired, use a primer. If the base used as an underlay is sufficiently acidic, the primer is not necessary.
   Apply the Rubber Base LUNAmoon with a flat gel brush. Use scrubbing movements. Trace all nail folds and dry under the lamp for 60 seconds.

4. Leveling:
   When leveling with gel, leave a gap of 0.5–1 mm from the cuticle. Dry under the lamp for 60 seconds.

5. Filing:
   File the shape after leveling to create thickness at the edge of the nail that will support the free edge.
   If the nail was thin, it may warp. Therefore, be sure to file 1 mm of natural nail from the inside to prevent material lifting. If the material is hard and the nail is very soft, the natural nail could lift from the hard material at the free edge.

6. After filing:
   Remove the stickiness and cover the nail with a gel polish.
   Cover with a topcoat and dry under the lamp for 120 seconds. Do not wipe after drying, as this could cause loss of shine.

CLASSIC EXTENSION:

1. Removal:
   Shorten the nail length to 1 mm and shape the nail into a round shape.
   File the nail from the top with a file (180-240 grit) without strong pressure to lift the scales of the nail plate, or use a buffer (100 grit).

2. Manicure:
   If you work with removers, wash your hands with soap after use.
   Degrease the nail with Nail Prep. Perform two applications. Use 4 wipes for this (1 wipe for 5 fingers).
   First step: Wipe the nail surface.
   Second step: Take an orange wood stick, wrap a wipe around it, and wipe the cuticle zone and the nail folds.

   Use the primer.

4. Underlay with Rubber Base LUNAmoon:
   Apply the Rubber Base LUNAmoon with a flat gel brush. Use scrubbing movements. Trace all nail folds and dry under the lamp for 60 seconds.
   Remove the stickiness.

5. Form application:
   Apply the form for extending the free edge of the nail.
   Build the shape of the artificial nail with clear gel. Dry for 30 seconds.
   File the free edge and give it the desired shape.
   Wipe off the stickiness and remove excess dust.
   Go over the treated areas again with Rubber Base LUNAmoon. Dry for 30 seconds.

6. Leveling with gel:
   When applying the gel, hold the nail in the lamp for 10–15 seconds to allow it to adhere. If the gel is very sticky or contains glitter, hold the nail in the lamp for 20 seconds.
   Dry completely under the lamp for 120 seconds.

7. After drying:
   Remove the stickiness and cover the nail with a gel polish.
   Cover with a topcoat and dry under the lamp for 120 seconds. Do not wipe after drying, as this could cause loss of shine.
