Lunamoon Upper Forms for extensions

Material:
Made from flexible and durable ABS plastic. The forms are easy to use and reusable.

Form features:

• C-curve: 50%

• No nail bed present – serves as a base for the free edge

• For full extension, the apex must be built up with liquid gel

• Even lateral parallels

• Even lower parallels

Ideally suited for:

• Short, medium, and long clear arched square shape

• Soft short, medium, and long arched square shape

• Restoration of short arched nails

Compatibility with nail plates:
✅ Suitable for: arched natural nails
❌ Not suitable for: flat, "ski-jump", or curved nails (the form is selected individually)

Application of the Upper Forms:

1. Preparation: File and degrease the nail.

2. Apply a thin layer of Rubber Base and cure for 60 seconds.

3. Select suitable form sizes.

4. Fill the gel evenly into the form.

5. Press the form with the material firmly onto the nail plate, facing downwards. Remove excess material with an orange stick.

6. While holding the form, cure the area at the cuticle with a flashlight for 5–10 seconds.

7. Cure in the lamp:
   – UV lamp: 2 minutes
   – LED lamp: 1 minute

8. After curing, carefully remove the form and dust the nail.

9. Seal with Top Coat and cure for 120 seconds.

Length of the forms in the set: from 4.6 cm to 3.6 cm (from largest to smallest size).
Quantity in the set: 120 pieces.
Shelf life: unlimited.
