The pusher is suitable for gently pushing back the cuticle on wide nail plates. The hatchet-shaped end is manually sharpened on both sides and can be used to remove pterygium from the nail plate. Due to the increased diameter of the handle and a special ribbing, the pusher fits comfortably in the hand.
