This double-ended instrument is suitable for gently pushing back the cuticle on wide nail plates. The hatchet-shaped end is hand-sharpened on both sides and can be used to remove pterygium from the nail plate. Thanks to the increased diameter of the handle and special grooves, the pusher sits securely in the hand.
