MICROSTOP Sterilization Pouches
100-pack of self-adhesive MicroSTOP sterilization pouches for hot-air sterilizers. They are used to package your manicure instruments during the sterilization process and keep them sterile for up to 50 days. The pouches comply with the European CE standard.
MicroSTOP pouches are rectangular packaging bags made of high-quality, environmentally friendly, and heat-resistant paper. The self-adhesive flap ensures a secure and airtight seal. Each pouch features a color indicator that changes color during sterilization when the correct temperature and duration are met. This Class 4 sterility indicator shows whether sterilization was carried out successfully and allows for a clear distinction between sterilized and non-sterilized pouches.

Using the sterilization pouches

Preparation: Check pouches for integrity and expiration date before use. Do not use damaged or expired pouches.

Select pouch size: Choose the size appropriate for the instruments. Fill the pouch to a maximum of 3/4 full to prevent seams from tearing during sterilization.

Positioning instruments: Orient handles toward the opening and active parts toward the closed end of the pouch.

Closing the pouch: Squeeze the air out before sealing. Peel off the protective strip from the adhesive surface, fold the flap along the fold line, and press firmly – from the center outward.

Sterilization: Place the pouches with the instruments into the sterilization trays. Use only approved hot-air sterilizers such as MicroSTOP devices. Set temperature and time according to your sterilizer's instructions.

Sterility check: The chemical indicator (Class 4) changes color during sterilization. This allows you to verify whether the sterilization was successful after the process is complete.

Storage: Sterility is maintained for up to 50 days. The pouches are intended for single use only.

Opening: Open the pouch on the flap side using sterile scissors. Place instruments on a sterile surface or use immediately.

Disposal: Dispose of used pouches properly.

Shipping & Delivery Time:
Orders are generally shipped on the same or the next business day after full payment has been received. The delivery time within Germany is approx. 2–4 business days, and within the EU approx. 5–8 business days.
Return:
A return is possible within the scope of the statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The goods should be returned in full and, if possible, unused.
For hygienic reasons, opened or used products may be excluded from return, provided that the legal requirements for this are met.
