Fiberglass is an innovation in the field of nail extensions. The thinnest fiberglass threads are designed for modeling and repairing nails. You do not need forms or instructions when using these extension threads. Tufi Profi Fiber Glass ensures a longer-lasting manicure that remains perfectly intact from correction to correction. Glass threads, also called fiberglass extensions, are used for modeling (constructing) with:

1. gel systems;
2. dense and hard bases;
3. gel polish systems.

Nail repair also becomes easier with these fiberglass threads. They are excellent for filling in missing corners and extending the free edge.

Application steps for nail extension with fiberglass

1. Preparation of the nail plate:
   Carefully prepare the natural nails, remove the shine with a file, and thoroughly degrease the surface.

2. Applying the base:
   Apply a thin layer of base gel and let it cure completely in a UV/LED lamp.

3. Cutting the fiberglass:
   Cut a small piece of fiberglass for the desired extension. Shape it into a thin, translucent sheet using an orange wood stick.

4. Placement of the fiberglass:
   Place the prepared fiberglass onto the sticky layer of the cured base – about halfway or closer to the free edge of the nail. Press down lightly and smooth it out with the tip of the stick.

5. Modeling:
   Use a gel and a flat, square brush to model the desired length and shape on the fiberglass. Then, cure the construction in the lamp.

6. Finishing:
   Carefully remove excess fiberglass remnants with scissors.
   Smooth out any unevenness with a file or a buffer.

7. Sealing:
   Apply a top coat and cure again – for a long-lasting, glossy finish.
