The "pusher" working end is suitable for gently pushing back the cuticle on normal nail plates. Thanks to a slight curve that mimics the shape of the nail, the pusher adapts well to the nail plate.
The hatchet-shaped end is hand-sharpened on both sides and can be used to remove pterygium from the nail plate.
