Stainless steel instrument cleaner & rust remover, ready-to-use
Ready-to-use solution for cleaning, removing rust from, and passivating stainless steel instruments. Even stainless steel can, under certain conditions, rust or develop stains and discolorations. The solution effectively removes free iron particles, rust, water spots, and other iron-containing contaminants. At the same time, it supports the passivation of the stainless steel surface, thereby improving its corrosion resistance.

Application:
The ready-to-use solution can be used to remove rust and other contaminants from stainless steel instruments.
- First, pre-clean soiled or rusty instruments for at least 5 minutes with BAEHR disinfectant and cleaner for rotating instruments ULTRA PLUS. It is best to use an ultrasonic bath and then follow up with a soft brush.
- Rinse the instruments thoroughly under running water.
- Then, soak them in the BAEHR cleaning and rust removal solution for at least 20 minutes. Using an ultrasonic bath with subsequent brushing is also recommended here.
- Afterward, rinse thoroughly with distilled water and dry completely.
- Finally, treat the instruments with a suitable instrument care oil.
Note: The soaking times may vary depending on the degree of contamination and corrosion.
If in eyes, rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists, seek medical advice.
