Lunamoon Light Acrygel No. 71 13ml

FLUID GEL LIGHT ACRYGEL – an innovative material for strengthening, leveling, and extending nails. It is a symbiosis of polygel and base. It consists of 60-80% acrylic copolymer (the main component of polygel) and a small amount of hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA, approx. 20-30%), the main component of base coatings. Such a gel can completely replace the base.

Properties:

• Polymerization wavelength – 365–405 nm.

• UV/LED lamp power – 36–48 W.

• Permissible layer thickness – 0.5 mm at the nail edge, 1 mm at the apex.

• Acid-free, medium consistency.

• Medium pigmentation, covers the free edge.

• Full polymerization – 120 seconds.

• Suitable only for strengthening and extending nails.

• Good cushioning properties.

• When strengthening with this gel, the natural nail must be filed.

• Requires a Rubber Base underlay.

• Can be additionally warmed to achieve a more fluid consistency.

Application method:

STRENGTHENING:

1. Removal:
   Do not file the nail shape or leave 2 mm of length that will be removed after leveling.
   File with a file (180-240 grit) without strong pressure on the nail from above to raise the nail plate scales, or use a buffer (100 grit).

2. Manicure:
   If you work with removers, wash your hands with soap after use.
   Degrease the nail with Nail Prep. Apply twice. Use 4 wipes for this (1 wipe for 5 fingers).
   First step: Wipe the nail surface.
   Second step: Take an orange wood stick, place a wipe on it, and wipe the cuticle zone and the nail folds.

3. Primer (optional):
   If desired, use a primer. If the base used for the underlay is sufficiently acidic, the primer is not required.
   Apply the LUNAmoon Rubber Base with a flat gel brush. The movements should be rubbing. Trace all nail folds and dry under the lamp for 60 seconds.

4. Leveling:
   When leveling with gel, leave a distance of 0.5–1 mm from the cuticle. Dry under the lamp for 60 seconds.

5. Filing:
   File the shape after leveling to create a thickness at the edge of the nail that will hold the free edge.
   If the nail was thin, it may warp. Therefore, be sure to file 1 mm of natural nail from the inside to prevent material detachment. If the material is hard and the nail is very soft, the natural nail could detach from the solid material at the free edge.

6. After filing:
   Remove the stickiness and cover the nail with a gel polish.
   Cover with a topcoat and dry under the lamp for 120 seconds. Do not wipe after drying, as the shine could be lost.

CLASSIC EXTENSION:

1. Removal:
   Shorten the nail length to 1 mm and shape the nail round.
   File with a file (180-240 grit) without strong pressure on the nail from above to raise the nail plate scales, or use a buffer (100 grit).

2. Manicure:

   Degrease the nail with Nail Prep. Apply twice. Use 4 wipes for this (1 wipe for 5 fingers).
   First step: Wipe the nail surface.

   Use the primer.

4. Underlay with LUNAmoon Rubber Base:
   Apply the LUNAmoon Rubber Base with a flat gel brush. The movements should be rubbing. Trace all nail folds and dry under the lamp for 60 seconds.
   Remove the stickiness.

5. Form construction:
   Attach the form for the extension of the free edge of the nail.
   Build the shape of the artificial nail with clear gel. Dry for 30 seconds.
   File the free edge and give it the desired shape.
   Wipe off the stickiness and remove excess dust.
   Go over the treated areas again with LUNAmoon Rubber Base. Dry for 30 seconds.

6. Leveling with gel:
   When applying the gel, hold the nail in the lamp for 10–15 seconds so that it adheres. If the gel is highly sticky or glittery, hold the nail in the lamp for 20 seconds.
   Dry completely under the lamp for 120 seconds.

7. After drying:
   Remove the stickiness and cover the nail with a gel polish.
   Cover with a topcoat and dry under the lamp for 120 seconds. Do not wipe after drying, as the shine could be lost.
