Lunamoon Tropic Color Base 13ml

Tropic Base is a sea-green base for coating and leveling the nail surface.

Features:

• Not suitable for leveling long nails without prior reinforcement.

• Provides strong coverage of the natural nail thanks to high pigmentation.

• Hypoallergenic and odorless.

• Curing time in the lamp – 120 seconds.

• Can be additionally warmed to make the consistency more fluid.

• Due to the elasticity of the base, minimal shrinkage may occur during the wear period.

• Requires a Rubber Base underlay.

• Has an acidity level of 5–6 pH.

• The lamp power for curing should be 36–48 W. It is essential that the lamp is an original device.

• Can be easily removed either by filing or with remover liquid.

• Ensures a wear time of 3–4 weeks without lifting.

• Elastic and flexible.

• Basic rule for leveling: The thickness at the free edge of the nail should be 0.5 mm.

• Thixotropic – becomes more fluid when worked with a brush.

• Does not run and levels itself very quickly.

• Has a medium consistency.

Application method:

1. Removal:
   Do not file the nail shape, or leave 2 mm of length to be removed after leveling.
   Use a file (180-240 grit) without heavy pressure to buff the nail from above and lift the scales of the nail plate, or use a buffer (100 grit).

2. Manicure:
   If working with removers, wash your hands with soap after use.
   Degrease the nail with Nail Prep. Apply twice. Use 4 wipes for this (1 wipe for 5 fingers).
   First step: Wipe the nail surface.
   Second step: Take an orange wood stick, wrap a wipe around it, and wipe the cuticle zone and nail folds.

3. Primer:
   The primer is optional. If the base for the underlay has sufficient acidity, it is not necessary.

4. Underlay (Rubber Base LUNAmoon):
   Apply the Rubber Base with a flat gel brush. Use rubbing motions. Trace all nail folds and cure under the lamp for 60 seconds.
   Remove the tackiness.

5. Leveling:
   Cure the nail under the lamp for 90 seconds.
   File the shape after leveling. This is necessary to create thickness at the nail edge to support the free edge.
   Remove the tackiness.

6. Topcoat:
   Cover with a topcoat and cure for 120 seconds. Do not wipe after drying, as the shine might be lost.
