Shimmer Gel – classic builder gel with glitter
Shimmer Gel is a classic light-curing builder gel with glitter that is ideal for nail extension and modeling. Thanks to its high stability, it allows for significant lengthening of the natural nail plate and ensures long-lasting and resilient modeling.
The gel contains special photoinitiators that start the polymerization process as soon as the material is cured under UV or LED light of a specific wavelength.

Polymerization wavelength: 365–405 nm
UV/LED lamp power: 36–48 W
Recommended material thickness:
• 0.5 mm at the nail tip
• 1 mm at the apex
Full curing: 120 seconds
TPO FREE
CLASSIC EXTENSION:

Remove old coating.
-
Shorten nail to 1 mm and file into a round shape.

Rough up with a 220-grit file or 100-grit buffer.

Perform manicure.
-
If using removers, wash hands with soap.

Degrease nail with LUNAmoon Nail Prep – as described above.

Use LUNAmoon primer.
-
Apply Rubber Base with a flat brush, cover all edges, cure for 60 sec.

Remove dispersion layer.
-
Apply form for the free nail edge.
-
Build up extension with transparent gel, cure for 30 sec.
-
File and shape.
-
Wipe off dispersion layer and remove dust.

Apply Rubber Base again to treated areas, cure for 30 sec.

Build up with gel, place in lamp and pinch at 10–15 seconds. For sticky gel or glitter, pinch after 20 sec.

Cure for another 120 sec.

Remove dispersion layer.
-
Apply color polish.
-
Apply Top Coat, cure for 120 sec. Do not wipe afterwards to maintain shine.
Product shelf life: 24 months. Once opened, do not store for longer than 18 months.
