Lunamoon PREMIUM BUILDER GEL No. 18 (15-50ml)

Classic Premium Extension Gel – a polymeric light-curing material that allows for significant extension of the nail plate due to its strength. It contains photoinitiators that activate the polymerization process via UV light at a specific wavelength.

Properties:

• Acid-free.

• Shock-absorbing, does not break under impact.

• Medium consistency.

• Medium pigmentation, covers the free edge.

• Suitable for the "extension without filing" technique.

• Suitable for "extension on top forms".

• Does not cause a burning sensation in the lamp.

• Becomes thicker in cold conditions and thinner in warm conditions.

• Thixotropic – becomes more fluid when the brush is moved.

• Can be additionally warmed to make the gel more fluid.

• Hard at a thickness of 1 mm. At a thickness of less than 1 mm, it may bend slightly, but this does not affect durability.

• No shrinkage and holds the arch well.

• Requires a base coat of Rubber Base.

• Wavelength for polymerization – 380-420 nm.

• UV/LED lamp power – 36-48W.

• Maximum layer thickness – 0.5 mm at the tip / 1 mm at the apex.

• Full polymerization – 120 seconds.

Application Method:

REINFORCEMENT:

1. Removal.

2. The nail shape is not filed, or 2 mm of length is left, which is removed after leveling.

3. File with 180-240 grit without applying strong pressure to the top of the nail to lift the nail plate, or use 100 grit.

4. Perform a manicure.

5. If removers are used, wash hands with soap after working with them.

6. Degrease the nail with Nail Prep. Perform two passes. Use 4 wipes (1 wipe for 5 fingers). First pass: Wipe the nail surface. Second pass: Take an orange wood stick, place a wipe on it, and wipe the cuticle and side areas.

7. Apply primer as desired; if the base coat is sufficiently acidic, it is not required.

8. It is best to apply the LUNAmoon Rubber Base with a flat gel brush. Use massaging movements. Outline all nail edges and cure in the lamp for 60 seconds.

9. Wipe off the dispersion layer.

10. Leveling. When leveling with gel, maintain a distance of 0.5–1 mm from the cuticle. Cure in the lamp for 60 seconds.

11. File the shape after leveling. This is necessary to create thickness at the free edge so that the free edge holds.

12. If the nail is thin, it may warp. Therefore, 1 mm of the natural nail must be filed out from underneath. This prevents material lifting. If the material is hard and the nail is very soft, the nail will lift from the rigid material at the free edge.

13. After filing, wipe off the dispersion layer and cover with gel polish.

14. Apply a top coat. Cure in the lamp for 120 seconds. Do not wipe after curing to avoid losing the shine.

CLASSIC EXTENSION:

1. Removal.

2. Shorten the nail length to 1 mm and shape into a round form.

3. File with 180-240 grit without applying strong pressure to the top of the nail to lift the nail plate, or use 100 grit.

4. Perform a manicure.

5. If removers are used, wash hands with soap after working with them.

6. Degrease the nail with Nail Prep. Perform two passes. Use 4 wipes (1 wipe for 5 fingers). First pass: Wipe the nail surface. Second pass: Take an orange wood stick, place a wipe on it, and wipe the cuticle and side areas.

11. Use clear gel to create the shape of the artificial nail. Cure in the lamp for 30 seconds.

12. File the free edge and adjust to the desired shape.

13. Wipe off the dispersion layer and remove excess dust.

14. Apply LUNAmoon Rubber Base again to the treated areas. Cure in the lamp for 30 seconds.

15. Level with gel, cure in the lamp, and set for the first 10–15 seconds. If the gel is very sticky or contains glitter, set for the first 20 seconds.

16. Cure in the lamp for 120 seconds.

17. Wipe off the dispersion layer before covering with gel polish.

18. Apply a top coat. Cure in the lamp for 120 seconds. Do not wipe after curing to avoid losing the shine.

Product shelf life: 24 months. Once opened, do not store for longer than 18 months.
