Lunamoon Upper Forms for extensions

Material:
Made from flexible and durable ABS plastic. The forms are easy to use and reusable.

Form features:

• Cross-section arch: 45–50%

• The apex is located closer to the cuticle area

• Even lateral parallels

• Even lower parallels

Ideally suited for:

• Short, medium, long clear or salon-style arched square shape

• Soft short, medium, long salon-style arched square shape

• Restoration of short arched nails

Compatibility with nail plates:
✅ Suitable for: arched natural nails
❌ Not suitable for: flat nails, "ski-jump" nails (the form is selected individually)

Using the Upper Forms:

1. Preparation: File and degrease the nail.

2. Apply a thin layer of Rubber Base and cure for 60 seconds.

3. Select the appropriate form sizes.

4. Fill the form evenly with gel.

5. Press the form with the material firmly onto the nail plate, facing down. Remove excess material with an orange stick.

6. While holding the form in place, fix the area at the cuticle with a flashlight for 5–10 seconds.

7. Cure in the lamp:
   – UV lamp: 2 minutes
   – LED lamp: 1 minute

8. After curing, carefully remove the form and dust off the nail.

9. Seal with Top Coat and cure for 120 seconds.

Length of forms in the set: from 4.6 cm to 3.6 cm (from largest to smallest size).
Quantity in set: 120 pieces.
Shelf life: unlimited.
