Lunamoon Cat Eye Base N 4, 13ml

Cat Eye Base is a base with a "cat eye" effect.

The product contains small metal particles that react to the magnetic field, moving within the uncured layer of the coating to create a magical shimmer in the design.
These bases have a medium consistency and self-level well. They do not require a dark base color, as they offer optimal color coverage.

Features:

• Not suitable for leveling long nails without prior reinforcement.

• Provides high coverage of the natural nail due to high pigmentation.

• Hypoallergenic and has a neutral odor.

• Drying time under the lamp – 120 seconds.

• Can be additionally warmed to make the consistency more fluid.

• Minimal shrinkage may occur during wear due to the elasticity of the base.

• Requires a base layer of Rubber Base.

• Has a pH value of 5-6.

• The power of the lamp for drying should be 36-48 W. The lamp must be an original product.

• Easy to remove either by filing or with liquid remover.

• Provides 3-4 weeks of wear without chipping.

• Elastic and flexible.

• Important rule when leveling: the thickness at the nail tip should be 0.5 mm.

• Thixotropic: becomes more fluid when the brush is moved during work.

• Does not run and self-levels very quickly.

• Has a medium consistency.

Application:

1. Remove the existing coating.

2. Do not file the nail shape or leave 2 mm of length to be removed after leveling.

3. File the nail with a 180-240 grit file without heavy pressure to lift the nail scales, or use a 100 grit buffer.

4. Perform a manicure.

5. If using removers, wash hands thoroughly with soap afterward.

6. Degrease the nail with Nail Prep in two passes. Use 4 wipes (1 wipe for 5 fingers). First pass: wipe the nail surface. Second pass: wrap a wipe around an orange stick to treat the cuticles and side grooves.

7. Use primer if desired, though it is not necessary if the base used as an undercoat is sufficiently acidic.

8. Apply LUNAmoon Rubber Base, preferably with a flat gel brush. Use massaging motions. Trace all grooves of the nail and cure for 60 seconds under the lamp.

9. Remove the sticky layer.

10. Apply a thin layer of Cat Eye Base, place a modeling bead, rotate the finger to level it, and use the magnet to form the shimmer. Cure each finger for 160 seconds under the lamp.

11. After leveling, file the shape so that the thickness at the nail tip supports the free edge.

12. Remove the sticky layer.

13. Apply a top coat. Cure for 120 seconds under the lamp. Do not wipe with anything after drying, as the shine may be lost.

Shelf life: 24 months. Do not store for longer than 18 months after opening.
