Lunamoon PREMIUM BUILDER GEL No. 31 (15-30ml)

Classic Premium Extension Gel – a polymeric light-curing material that, due to its strength, allows for significant extension of the nail plate. It contains photoinitiators that activate the polymerization process via UV light at a specific wavelength.

Properties:

• Acid-free.

• Shock-absorbing; does not break on impact.

• Medium consistency.

• Medium pigmentation, covers the free edge.

• Suitable for the "extension without filing" technique.

• Suitable for "extension using upper forms".

• Does not cause a burning sensation in the lamp.

• Becomes thicker when cold and thinner when warm.

• Thixotropic – becomes more fluid when the brush moves.

• Can be additionally heated to make the gel more fluid.

• Hard at a thickness of 1 mm. At a thickness of less than 1 mm, it may bend slightly, but this does not affect durability.

• No shrinkage and holds the arch well.

• Strictly requires a base coat of Rubber Base.

• Polymerization wavelength – 380-420 nm.

• UV/LED lamp power – 36-48W.

• Maximum layer thickness – 0.5 mm at the tip/1 mm at the apex.

• Full polymerization – 120 seconds.

Application method:

REINFORCEMENT:

1. Removal.

2. The nail shape is not filed, or 2 mm of length is left, which is removed after leveling.

3. File with a 180-240 grit file without applying strong pressure to the nail from above to lift the nail plate, or use a 100 grit file.

4. Perform a manicure.

5. When using removers, wash hands with soap after working with them.

6. Degrease the nail with Nail Prep. Perform two passes. Use 4 wipes (1 wipe for 5 fingers). First pass: Wipe the nail surface. Second pass: Take an orange wood stick, place a wipe on it, and wipe the cuticle and side areas.

7. Use primer at your discretion; if the base for the underlay is sufficiently acidic, it is not required.

8. It is best to apply LUNAmoon Rubber Base with a flat gel brush. Movements should be massaging. Outline all nail edges and cure under the lamp for 60 seconds.

9. Wipe off the adhesive layer.

10. Leveling. When leveling with gel, keep a distance of 0.5–1 mm from the cuticle. Cure under the lamp for 60 seconds.

11. File the shape after leveling. This is necessary to create thickness at the free edge so that the free edge holds.

12. If the nail is thin, it may warp. Therefore, 1 mm of the natural nail must be filed out from the inside. This prevents the material from lifting. If the material is hard and the nail is very soft, the nail will separate from the solid material at the free edge.

13. After filing, wipe off the adhesive layer and cover with gel polish.

14. Apply a topcoat. Cure under the lamp for 120 seconds. Do not wipe after curing to avoid losing shine.

CLASSIC EXTENSION:

1. Removal.

2. Trim the nail length to 1 mm and shape into a round form.

3. File with a 180-240 grit file without applying strong pressure to the nail from above to lift the nail plate, or use a 100 grit file.

4. Perform a manicure.

12. File the free edge and adjust to the desired shape.

13. Wipe off the adhesive layer and remove excess dust.

14. Apply LUNAmoon Rubber Base again to the treated areas. Cure under the lamp for 30 seconds.

15. Level with gel, cure under the lamp, and fix within the first 10–15 seconds. If the gel is very sticky or contains glitter, fix it within the first 20 seconds.

16. Cure under the lamp for 120 seconds.

17. Wipe off the adhesive layer before covering with gel polish.

18. Apply a topcoat. Cure under the lamp for 120 seconds. Do not wipe after curing to avoid losing shine.

Product shelf life: 24 months. Once opened, do not keep for longer than 18 months.
