Lunamoon PREMIUM BUILDER GEL No. 28 (15-30ml)

Classic Premium Extension Gel – a polymeric light-curing material that, due to its strength, allows for a significant extension of the nail plate. It contains photoinitiators that activate the polymerization process via UV light of a specific wavelength.

Features:

• Acid-free.

• Shock-absorbing, does not break under impact.

• Medium consistency.

• Medium pigmentation, covers the free edge.

• Suitable for the "extension without filing" technique.

• Suitable for "extension using upper forms".

• Does not cause a burning sensation in the lamp.

• Becomes thicker in cold temperatures and thinner in warm temperatures.

• Thixotropic – becomes more fluid when the brush is moved.

• Can be additionally warmed to make the gel more fluid.

• Hard at a thickness of 1 mm. At a thickness of less than 1 mm, it may bend slightly, but this does not affect durability.

• No shrinkage and holds the arch well.

• Requires a base coat of Rubber Base.

• Polymerization wavelength – 380-420 nm.

• UV/LED lamp power – 36-48W.

• Maximum layer thickness – 0.5 mm at the tip / 1 mm at the apex.

• Full polymerization – 120 seconds.

Application method:

REINFORCEMENT:

1. Removal.

2. The nail shape is not filed, or 2 mm of length is left, which is removed after leveling.

3. File with 180-240 grit without applying heavy pressure to the top of the nail to lift the nail plate, or use 100 grit.

4. Perform a manicure.

5. If removers are used, wash hands with soap after finishing work with them.

6. Degrease the nail with Nail Prep. Perform two passes. Use 4 wipes (1 wipe for 5 fingers). First pass: Wipe the nail surface. Second pass: Take an orange wood stick, place a wipe on it, and wipe the cuticle and side wall areas.

7. Use primer as desired; if the base coat used is acidic enough, it is not required.

8. Apply LUNAmoon Rubber Base, preferably with a flat gel brush. Use massaging movements. Outline all nail edges and cure for 60 seconds under the lamp.

9. Wipe off the sticky layer.

10. Leveling. When leveling with gel, keep a distance of 0.5–1 mm from the cuticle. Cure for 60 seconds under the lamp.

11. File the shape after leveling. This is necessary to create thickness at the free edge so that the free edge holds.

12. If the nail is thin, it may warp. Therefore, 1 mm of the natural nail must be filed out from underneath. This prevents material lifting. If the material is hard and the nail is very soft, the nail will detach from the hard material at the free edge.

13. After filing, wipe off the sticky layer and cover with gel polish.

14. Apply a top coat. Cure for 120 seconds under the lamp. Do not wipe after curing to avoid losing the shine.

CLASSIC EXTENSION:

1. Removal.

2. Trim the nail length to 1 mm and shape into a round form.

3. File with 180-240 grit without applying heavy pressure to the top of the nail to lift the nail plate, or use 100 grit.

4. Perform a manicure.

5. If removers are used, wash hands with soap after finishing work with them.

10. Attach the form for extending the free edge of the nail.

11. Apply the shape of the artificial nail with clear gel. Cure for 30 seconds under the lamp.

12. File the free edge and adjust to the desired shape.

13. Wipe off the sticky layer and remove excess dust.

14. Apply LUNAmoon Rubber Base again to the treated areas. Cure for 30 seconds under the lamp.

15. Level with gel, cure under the lamp, and fix for the first 10–15 seconds. If the gel is very sticky or contains glitter, fix for the first 20 seconds.

16. Cure for 120 seconds under the lamp.

17. Wipe off the sticky layer before covering with gel polish.

18. Apply a top coat. Cure for 120 seconds under the lamp. Do not wipe after curing to avoid losing the shine.

Product shelf life: 24 months. Once opened, do not store for longer than 18 months.
