Creamy Oxidant 1.8% JOLY:LAB – Oxidant for eyebrow and eyelash tint
This professional oxidant was specially developed for mixing with eyebrow and eyelash tints. It contains 1.8% hydrogen peroxide, which activates the color pigments and ensures a uniform, perfect color result.
Ideally suited for fine and light hairs. The creamy consistency allows for easy application and precise work. For optimal results, we recommend using it in combination with eyebrow and eyelash tints from JOLY:LAB.
pH value: 3.0–4.0
