Tutti Frutti Base is a camouflage base with colored flakes for covering and smoothing nails.


The LUNA-Base is a high-quality professional colored nail base. It has an optimal consistency, making it easy to apply to the nail. It levels the nail surface and is highly resistant to chipping and other damage, which ensures long-lasting wear. Unlike a clear base, the colored base can serve as the main color and be applied directly under the top coat.

Features:

  • Not suitable for leveling long nails without prior reinforcement.

  • Provides high coverage of the natural nail due to high pigmentation.

  • Hypoallergenic and has a neutral odor.

  • Drying time under the lamp – 120 seconds.

  • Can be additionally warmed to make the consistency more fluid.

  • Minimal shrinkage may occur during wear due to the elasticity of the base.

  • Requires a rubber base as a foundation.

  • Has a pH value of 5-6.

  • The lamp power for drying should be 36-48 W. The lamp must be an original model.

  • Easily removed by filing or with liquid remover.

  • Provides 3-4 weeks of wear without peeling.

  • Elastic and flexible.

  • Important rule for leveling: The thickness at the nail tip should be 0.5 mm.

  • Thixotropic: Becomes more fluid when the brush is moved during application.

  • Does not run and self-levels very quickly.

  • Has a medium consistency.

Application:

  1. Removal.

  2. Do not file the nail shape, or leave 2 mm of length that will be removed after leveling.

  3. File the nail with a 180/240 grit file without heavy pressure to lift the nail scales, or use a 100-grit buffer.

  4. Perform a manicure.

  5. If using removers, wash hands thoroughly with soap afterward.

  6. Degrease the nail with nail prep. Perform two passes. Use 4 wipes for this (1 wipe per 5 fingers). First pass: Wipe the nail surface. Second pass: Use an orange wood stick wrapped in a wipe to clean the cuticle area and grooves.

  7. Use primer if desired, but if the base is sufficiently acidic for the foundation, it is not necessary.

  8. It is best to apply LUNAmoon Rubber Base with a flat gel brush. Use massaging movements. Trace all nail grooves and cure for 60 seconds under the lamp.

  9. Remove the sticky layer.

  10. Level with LUNAmoon Tutti Frutti. Cure for 90 seconds under the lamp.

  11. After leveling, file the shape. This is necessary to create a thickness at the nail tip that supports the free edge.

  12. Remove the sticky layer.

  13. Cover with top coat. Cure for 120 seconds under the lamp. Do not wipe after drying, as the shine may be lost.
