Lunamoon Neon base no. 1, 13ml

The LUNA-Base is a high-quality, professional colored nail base. It has an optimal consistency, making it easy to apply to the nail. It levels the nail surface and is highly resistant to chipping and other damage, which ensures long-lasting wear. Unlike a clear base, the colored base can serve as the main color and be applied directly under the top coat.

Properties:

• Not suitable for leveling long nails without prior reinforcement.

• Provides high coverage of the natural nail thanks to high pigmentation.

• Hypoallergenic and has a neutral odor.

• Drying time under the lamp – 120 seconds.

• Can be warmed additionally to make the consistency more fluid.

• Minimal shrinkage may occur during wear due to the elasticity of the base.

• Requires a rubber base as a foundation.

• Has a pH value of 5-6.

• The power of the lamp used for drying should be 36-48 W. It is essential that the lamp is original.

• Easy to remove both by filing and with liquid.

• Provides 3-4 weeks of wear without peeling.

• Elastic and flexible.

• Important rule when leveling: the thickness at the nail tip should be 0.5 mm.

• Thixotropic: becomes more fluid when moving the brush during application.

• Does not run and self-levels very quickly.

• Has a medium consistency.

Application:

1. Remove.

2. Do not file the nail shape or leave 2 mm in length that will be removed after leveling.

3. File the nail with a 180/240 grit file without heavy pressure to lift the nail scales, or use a 100 grit buffer.

4. Perform a manicure.

5. If using removers, wash hands thoroughly with soap afterward.

6. Degrease the nail with nail prep. Perform two passes. Use 4 wipes for this (1 wipe for 5 fingers). First pass: wipe the nail surface. Second pass: take an orange wood stick, wrap a wipe around it, and wipe everything around the cuticle area and in the grooves.

7. Use primer if desired, but if the foundation base is sufficiently acidic, it is not necessary.

8. It is best to apply the LUNAmoon rubber base with a flat gel brush. Use massaging motions. Trace all nail grooves and cure under the lamp for 60 seconds.

9. Remove the tacky layer.

10. Level with the LUNAmoon neon base. Cure under the lamp for 90 seconds.

11. After leveling, file the shape. This is necessary to create thickness at the nail tip to support the free edge.

12. Remove the tacky layer.

13. Cover with top coat. Cure under the lamp for 120 seconds. Do not wipe after drying, as the shine might be lost.

Shelf life: 24 months. After opening, store for no longer than 18 months.
