Lunamoon Cover Base No. 26 13ml

Lunamoon Cover Base is a covering base for applying to and leveling nails.

Properties:

• Not suitable for leveling long nails without prior reinforcement.

• Ensures excellent coverage of the natural nail thanks to high pigmentation.

• Hypoallergenic and has a neutral odor.

• Curing time under the lamp: 120 seconds.

• Can be heated additionally to make the consistency more fluid.

• May show minimal shrinkage during wear due to the elasticity of the base.

• Requires a base layer of Rubber Base.

• Has a pH value of 5–6.

• The lamp power for curing should be 36–48 W. The lamp must be original.

• Excellent for removal both by filing and with liquid.

• Ensures durability without lifting for 3–4 weeks.

• Elastic and flexible.

• Main rule for leveling: The thickness at the nail edge should be 0.5 mm.

• Thixotropic: Becomes more fluid while working with the brush.

• Does not run and self-levels very quickly.

• Has a medium consistency.

Application method:

1. Removal:
   Do not file the nail shape, or leave 2 mm of length that will be removed after leveling.
   File the nail from above using a file (180-240 grit) without heavy pressure to raise the nail plate scales, or use a buffer (100 grit).

2. Manicure:
   If you work with removers, wash your hands with soap after use.
   Degrease the nail with Nail Prep. Perform two applications. Use 4 wipes for this (1 wipe for 5 fingers).
   First step: Wipe the nail surface.
   Second step: Take an orange wood stick, place a wipe on it, and wipe the cuticle zone and the nail folds.

3. Primer:
   The primer is optional. If the base for the underlayer has sufficient acidity, it is not required.

4. Underlayer (Rubber Base LUNAmoon):
   Apply the Rubber Base with a flat gel brush. The movements should be scrubbing. Trace all nail folds and cure under the lamp for 60 seconds.
   Remove the stickiness.

5. Leveling:
   Cure the nail under the lamp for 90 seconds.
   File the shape after leveling. This is necessary to create thickness at the nail edge, which holds the free edge.
   Remove the stickiness.

6. Topcoat:
   Cover with a topcoat and cure for 120 seconds. Do not wipe after curing, as the shine could be lost.
