LUNAmoon Ultrabond – Acid-free primer for gel polish & gel nails
LUNAmoon Ultrabond is an acid-free nail primer that significantly improves the adhesion of gel polish, gel, and other artificial coatings to the natural nail. This professional adhesion promoter acts like double-sided tape between the natural nail and the material, helping to prevent liftings and detachment.
The primer is ideal for problematic nails, nail modeling, and long-lasting gel polish manicures.
Features
The acid-free nail primer contains safe ingredients and is gentle on the natural nail plate. After application, it creates a sticky layer that strengthens the bond between the natural nail and the artificial material.
LUNAmoon Ultrabond is used in gel systems as a professional adhesion promoter and is perfect for gel polish, builder gel, rubber base, and other nail modeling products.
Application of LUNAmoon Ultrabond
- Perform the manicure.
- Gently roughen the nail surface with a 220-grit file or use a 100-grit buffer. Work without applying strong pressure.
- Remove the dust thoroughly with a brush.
- Degrease and dehydrate the natural nail with LUNAmoon Nail Prep.
The application is carried out in two steps:
- first, clean the nail surface
- then clean the area around the cuticle and the lateral nail folds using a lint-free wipe and an orange stick
Recommendation: Use 4 lint-free wipes (1 wipe for 5 fingers).
- Before application, wipe the brush on a lint-free cloth so that not too much product gets onto the nail. A too-thick sticky layer can cause liftings.
- Apply the acid-free primer only to the free edge of the nail and the side walls of the nail. Avoid contact with the skin. The entire nail does not need to be covered.
- Let it air dry for 1 minute or, for a stronger adhesion effect, cure for 30 seconds in a UV/LED lamp.
- Then, apply a thin layer of LUNAmoon Rubber Base using rubbing motions and cure for 60 seconds.
- Level the nail and seal with a top coat. Cure for 120 seconds.
After curing, do not wipe the surface so that the maximum shine is maintained.
