Creamy Oxidant 3% JOLY:LAB – Oxidizing agent for eyebrow tint
This professional oxidizing agent has been specifically developed for mixing with eyebrow tints. It contains 3% hydrogen peroxide, which activates the color pigments and ensures a particularly intense, deep, and even color result.
Its creamy consistency allows for precise and comfortable work. For optimal results, we recommend using it in combination with JOLY:LAB eyebrow tints.
pH value: 3.0–4.0
